Horrified that I found it after I drank from it but found a dead ant inside my sweet tea. All I wanted was a easy dinner after working an 8 hour shift, probably never eating from this specific spot ever again.

Customer service isn't ever an issue as a matter of fact y'all typically do your best to give us the discount we would get through the app
But for some reason there's a deal that works through the app for every single other McDonald's except this one and it's been this way for months to the point we'll go somewhere else which bums me out cause the service here is quick and they're friendly plus y'all close to my house but I have autistic kids that literally eat the same thing this deal works for splurge days but never here idk why I know it's not y'all's fault hoping it gets fixed if I mention something

I use the app for every oder and atleast half the time I have to pull forward and park. I'd go in and eat if I wanted to park my car. There's literally Noone in drive thru. But there's 3 cars parked. It's not like the fries are hot either. It's def getting old. If the prices weren't good I would give def give up on this location.

Think twice about going here flat out disrespectful and rude. This is now the second time we have had a problem specifically here.
Ordering the food was one thing she kept cutting us off and got our order wrong.
When we got the food we tried to talk to her about how we order two chocolate shakes and another large fry.
she had given us vanilla (that weren’t filled and a layer of Chocolate just below the whip cream) she kept closing the window on us mid sentence and then handed us a single chocolate shake just close the window and walk away…
We went home to find out our burger buns and fried are stall( not even soft stale..) and are nuggets we’re like bitting into leather paying just over 30$ for food I expect to get what I pay for.. this is just disappointing and unsatisfactory.
