  The worst customer service I order number four with Jalapeño a pay extra I went home. There is no turkey meat. I went back. They were so rude. No sorry or biology and she gave me attitude.

  I order from Jimmy John’s regularly, sometimes once or twice a month. Unfortunately, accuracy continues to be a problem. Most recently, I ordered 5 sandwiches, and one was specifically requested without lettuce or tomato. Despite entering this clearly online, it arrived with lettuce. This is not the first time this has happened. When I’ve called in the past, the response has been to remake the sandwich if I want to drive back and pick it up. That’s unacceptable when I’ve already paid for delivery and tipped the driver. Offering a credit for a future order also doesn’t solve the immediate problem — it doesn’t fix the sandwich sitting in front of me that my guest can’t eat because it has toppings he don’t like. Jimmy John’s promotes fast and convenient service, but if customizations can’t be handled consistently, it defeats the purpose. Accuracy with orders isn’t an “extra” — it’s a basic expectation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves attention to detail, because loyal customers shouldn’t have to cross their fingers that their order is made correctly.

  The food here is amazing but the people suck. The weight is like an hour for your food so it’s just a hit or miss.

  We were planning on going in and eating a yummy sandwich. Once we entered this establishment, we were hit with max volume hard-core screaming metal music... I don't even know how to describe it. No part of me wanted to have to endure another moment of that "music". So we got it to go. Not very inviting and I can't imagine the owner would appreciate that. When 4 grown adults are working the shift, you would think 1 of them would realize it's too loud and a terrible choice. It was so loud, we couldn't even talk to each other while we waiting for the food.... won't be returning for sure.
