I love jimmy John’s. Their food is great service is great. However today I ordered and it looks like they changed their delivery and now outsources to Uber. My order took over an hour due to the uber driver having multiple stops and taking 30 min to pick up my order. I hope Jimmy John’s switches back to their own drivers.

The worst customer service I order number four with Jalapeño a pay extra I went home. There is no turkey meat. I went back. They were so rude. No sorry or biology and she gave me attitude.
