He doesn't listen when I tell him I am not getting coffee.I'm shopping at walgreens and then he yelled in front of my children.If i'm going to dutch bros, I need to go in that line now. It really makes me not want to shop at either place. I know the parking is small but I can drive right down the road and get coffee or other things from similar grocery stores.

It may not seem serious at the moment or to the worker making the drink, but for the customer it can make or break their whole day. We ordered a sugar-free drink because my husband is diabetic, only to find out that the drink was not made sugar-free as my husband's sugar levels skyrocketed in the hour following our visit. With no labels on the drink, there was no way to tell if it was sugar-free before drinking. We then returned to the stand to tell the employees of the mistake. The woman at the window did remake the drink for us, but offered no apology or reassurance that the mistake would be taken seriously. She simply offered us an extra sticker for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, a sticker does not fix the health complications and medical bills this mistake cost. We were not expecting a refund, but an apology and some understanding would have gone a long way. This experience has confirmed for us that Dutch Bros is all about quantity and not quality. If only their customer service was as good as their sales.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
