We had to step up and defend a grandma and her grand kids that ordered in front of us. We waited 30 minutes for food and 50 for our blizzards. Will never patron this location ever again

- DPD PJan 27, 20262.0This particular DQ had a help wanted sign posted. They may be short staffed, so might have contributed to the great delay. The French fries were very cold. I was in route, so those were the first thing I grabbed to eat. They were definitely sitting out for too long. I was disappointed in my milkshake which I ended up throwing out when reached my destination. It needed to be blended more. It had large chunks of strawberries in it. Which might be fine if you are dining in, but when driving and the chunks of strawberry block the straw preventing you from getting any milkshake at all or at least without taking the lid off. That wasnt happening while Im driving. If i wanted big chunks of strawberries, i would have ordered a blizzard. The person at the drive up was friendly.

She took her sweet time to come to the counter then when I tried to pay with a fifty dollar bill she just grumpy kinda yelled we don’t change. We also paid with gift card and when my wife asked her to throw them away she just tells her you can do that. It was all I could do not to be rude to her.
