Quite possibly the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in a drive thru. I’m not usually one to judge a book by its cover, but perhaps hiring more palatable or pleasant people would prevent this. Location wasn’t busy and it’s clear why — lady with a trashy heart tattoo and dark hair seems to not know what “customer service” entails.
I get not wanting to work in fast food and that it’s probably not the best work environment — as someone who has worked in food service, if you’re unhappy, find a better job. Don’t take it out on the customers who are just trying to get a meal.
Also, the chicken tenders are laughable.

Went through drive through this evening. 9/3/25.The kid had no personality. Shoved the ice cream in my husband’s face while he was trying to put his wallet away. We had to pull over and wait over ten minutes for two cheese burgers. After getting them, there were no napkins in the bag. This store needs some serious training on customer service and etiquette .

Was told to go the drive-thu when I approached the lobby. at the drive-thru menu I was told to go the lobby door for pickup. Said thank you the boy working the window. He didn't bother replying.
