  Lady who worked the drive thru today was rude when I asked for a breakdown of the order and receipt. They burnt my order, and forgot the pickles and sundae as well. Why repeat the order back to me if you’re gonna forget? I worked a drive thru, and i understand the frustrations that comes with it. But I never treated a customer the way she treated me.

  im not one to usually complain at a fast food restroom i understand its a sucky job. I went through the drive thru and asked for a slushy then we just instantly said its that it..? and said no id like the pretzel sticks and asked if they could give me ranch instead of the queso but before i could finish my question i got interrupted abrasively and said he cant do that he cant put that in so i said ok no problem i was going to go to the window and just ask for a side ranch but when i went before i could even ask he just told me go park by the trash can and closed the window. its not a big problem i just felt like i was wasting their time by just ordering some food and it just felt off and it wasnt very welcoming.plus they didn’t even close the queso lid just set it on top causing a huge mess.

  The chocolate ice cream tasted like a frosty from Wendy's it was really bad I originally only went to dairy Queen to pick up a card from someone from K-pop demon hunters the service we got wasn't good because they wouldn't give us the right amount of ice cream wouldn't give us more chocolate without charging

  Food is usually okay but the service is really lacking. Tonight it took forever to get our food, just 2 4 pc chicken strip baskets. Workers seem unprofessional and like they don't wanna be there. I've worked fast food so I get dealing with customers but there comes a point where work is work. Standing around doing nothing other than goofing off and talking with friends isn't it.

  Went through the drive thru. Paid and immediately I was asked to pull up by the garbage can. I sat there for a good 15mins before they came and brought me my food. That is horrible service. They were not even busy at all. And there was no cars behind me in the drive thru. I went around 2:20. Im never going to this location ever again. I have never had to wait for food this long in a drive thru. If I could rate this to a zero I would
