Called customer service 3 times over 20 days (trying to be patient) and was assured woodburn location would call and handle the refund. 45 days later, still no call, no refund. They took the money and ghosted me. Ive waited almost 2 months to leave this review just in case..

The chicken biscuit meal I got was clearly old. biscuit was hard as if it had been sitting there made in the warmer for hour’s. The chicken tasted like old grease, potato rounds were just as bad!! I’ve never been so disappointed with a chic fil a. I will never go back there again !
