  I’ve always loved Arby’s but the other night I got the Beef ‘N Cheddar meal and was surprised with what I got. Now I usually get the beef and cheddar almost every time I come to Arby’s so I figured I’ll take a picture. I’ll show them and get this sorted out. So today two days later I came in to get lunch and I showed them the picture and Heather told me that that’s what it is. She said we weigh out the meat and that’s how much meat you’re supposed to get. I was flabbergasted the least. She continued to lie to my face about nothing being wrong with that picture. I’ll definitely go to a different Arby’s, but never stop at the Woodburn location again.

  Unbelievable I go to this location several times a month This time horrible service I was greeted and helped by Wesley I asked for the meat 3 box But asked to upgrade the fry’s to large. He said we can’t do that. I asked to speak to a manager because they always have in the past Wesley’s response Because the larger fry’s won’t fit in the box And no manager Don’t need the box Wesley. Come on use your brain… Wow great service Arby’s So I had to pay 3.50 more and No cobbler or mozzarella sticks Can’t wait to deal with him again NOT!!!!!

  Had the Gyro and Turkey, Bacon ranch. Both were the best we have had at any Arby's. Nice Job!
