  Y'all need to get this location in order. The slowest most confused employees I've ever seen in a fast casual restaurant. Also- Friday evening they ran out of bowls and veggies. We waited for rice, chips, sour cream (all of which took at least ten minutes to just pull out and put in the buffet). Absolutely no acknowledgement, apology, or customer service awareness. Y'all are in Ascension Loop- do better.

  Gave me food poisoning. This was the worst food experience I’ve ever had so far in my life. I was getting back from a road trip & didn’t eat for 6 hours so was excited to finally see a chipotle. When I got inside there was someone else already in line, they were way nicer to her than they were to me. The lady on cashier kept rolling her eyes at me & side eyeing me then speaking to her coworker and ignoring me. I don’t know why they were so rude especially since I tipped and had an overall really simple order, working in customer service myself I always try to have simple orders to respect staff. Then my burrito itself was just not good, even though I was so hungry I almost didn’t want to even eat it and thought about throwing it away to go to Taco Bell. It was wet & cold???? Like soggy & cold in all the wrong places. It just tasted off. And then it literally gave me FOOD POISONING FOR ELEVEN HOURS. I was so sick. Now I’m wondering if they were acting weird because they knew the food I got was bad.

  If you're hungry, this is the place to go! The servings are humongous and very generous. The food is very good BUT the service supersedes it all. The restaurant is very clean as are the grounds... great eats!

  This location is a joke. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience I’ve ever had. The cashier, Marylin, was rude, disrespectful, and had an attitude the entire time for no reason. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she flipped me off as I was walking out. Completely trash behavior. What makes it worse is that this happened right in front of her manager. He heard everything, watched it happen, and did absolutely nothing. When I tried to say something, he ignored me like I didn’t exist. Then she looked at him, smiled and winked, which tells me this kind of behavior is clearly allowed here. She also smelled like weed, which is disgusting and unprofessional for someone handling food and dealing with customers. Between a rude employee and a manager who clearly doesn’t care, this place has zero standards. I will not be coming back, and I’d seriously think twice before spending money here. I hope this gets addressed because no one should be treated like this.

  I online ordered a quesadilla for $12 and forgot to add a tortilla on the side for .50 cents. I didn’t have enough change because it was literally .50 cents and so i asked if I could pay with card but he said i need to come inside to pay with card. I had to digitally order one single tortilla for .50 cents from the drive though line. It’s crazy how a corporate chain cares more about fifty cents rather than their overall customer experience. I didn’t know chipotle was that down bad for cents. I on the other hand have fifty cents to spare, and it seems like this company could use it more than i do. Best of luck to you ❤️
