We once waited for food for a whole hour until our waiter finally decided to go check up on it and oops, they lost the order. But, she was very kind about the inconvenience. We were in the bar area, but the lighting is the same throughout the restaurant and just a big pony wall separating bar from restaurant. It just wasn't the vibe I like. The wings weren't juicy and the breading took over.

Its been 6 years of waiting for improvements, but the food is always incorrect, cold, and in sad shape. I don't think I have gotten any side sauce I've ordered in 2 years. If you go in to the resturaunt expecting better food and service you are in for a surprise. After years of giving this location second chances its always the same. A young crew with a non-existant manager basically spends the whole time standing in circles and chatting. Everything takes forever including drinks despite the place being empty. Even if your are patient enough to wait for your order the disappointment continues. Basically dont order beer. The lines are always dirty and you can taste it. If you make it through the drinks and get your order you might as well just eat what they bring you. If you ask them to correct any problems they will get agitated. Even if it's obvious problems like no sauce on wings, no dry rub on half the wings, cold food, chewy overcooked food, missing items, or any reasonable request will be met with disdain. I hope they can one day get back to good practices. Nothing crazy. I just want the food I pay for to be fresh and tasty.
