  me and my brother had the $25 eat-for-two deal and it was genuinely fantastic. we tried the asian zest & sweet bbq sauces with the boneless wings as well as the burgers and they were FANTASTIC! hot and yummy!! the tatertots were very crunchy and the fries were flavorful. got our drinks then the food- a slightly longer wait than i'd like but our server was very nice and made sure we had napkins. will come again!

  Went for my bd usually one of my favorite places but last night service was horrible food took forever to come out then when we finally got it it was cold like it’s been sitting out for a while nobody at the table got refills on any drinks server was no where to be found and the place was pretty empty only a few tables with people will probably not come back after last night.

  Took my wife here for her birthday because she loves bww boneless wings. We had a group of 8. Served brought our drinks and took our food order then didn’t see her again until the food arrived. Food was either cold or wrong completely. Mac and cheese was crusted over from sitting, wings were half seasoned liked they were dusted on the top but never flipped to season the other side, tater tots and fries were cold to the touch, breaded boneless wings were brought to a gluten intolerant person, didn’t get a single refill of water or soda. All this while the place was barely at quarter capacity. Buffalo Wild Wings has gone down hill very badly.

  Food was brought out cold, appetizers and a meal were brought out then the other 2 people at the table had to wait an additional 20 mins, the last person served waited another 10 mins after that. Staff ignored us, and took forever to fulfill requests when they did acknowledge us. We were given 2 sets of flatware for a family of 4... not worth the $100.

  Good food, excellent facilities, but poor service. We had to find our ketchup and napkins at other tables. One meal was a takeout order, and they brought it to our table, but when we were leaving, we had to go back because they never brought it when we paid, and we'd forgotten we'd ordered it. Straws were lying on the floor, and employees walked right over them without anyone picking them up. A bad experience, I'm sorry. I think they need more supervision, a manager who pays attention to these details.
