  Ordered 20 wings called and talk to last told her wanted them well done and well it don't look like either was done, fries got here cold and hard as hell then I called back they took no accountability didn't offer any way to fix it and blamed e turning from the warmer to the delivery person horrible customer experience and service

  Omg I came in with my boyfriend tonight, and Kelsi and Kelsey (bartender and manager???) were so incredibly sweet and kind, and I dont normally leave google reviews, period, but I just HAD to make sure that I called them both out in a meaningful way. So friendly, they fixed my order, had us laughing and smiling all throughout our visit and we had such a great time! We'll be back FOR SURE! JUST because of them. You're lucky if you come in on a night they're working. 😉

  My second time to the Wood Village store never again I used to go when they first opened it was very good food was good a plenty of it.I took my girl friend out to eat @ Wood Village store on her birthday the waiter was very nice and helpful But the food was Horrible the boneless wings were worse than McDonald's I had a burger the meat was over cooked 3 bites and it was gone spent 80 dollars with tip and was extremely disappointed I will never go back! Don't want to even tell you about Super Bowl this year Horrible experience!

  Food was great! Had a great time at dinner with the family. We ordered the appetizer sampler to share..Which I totally recommend trying the fried pickles as an option! 2 family members ordered the triple bacon cheeseburger with tots, another family member ordered the honey BBQ chicken salad and I had the Ultimate Nachos (normally an appetizer) with chicken! Everybody enjoyed their meals, and my Ultimate Nachos were awesome! However, it might have had just a few too many of the pickled bell peppers. I rated 4 stars for Food because of my drink. I ordered a Mojito, and it tasted super watered down. Not sure what went wrong there. But I would go out to eat there again!

  We sat down there weren’t many people. After we were seated about 5 more tables came in. Those 5 tables were served and brought back food before they even came and asked what we would like for drinks. Food came, I had a buffalo ranch chicken wrap, it was lettuce, tomato ranch and a piece of chicken about the size of a nickel. Worst service I have ever experienced
