- NNNathan2 days ago2.0The weirdest run chick fil a I’ve been to. The order takers handle the cars bizarrely. They run out of both sides and salad chicken every time I come through. Even back to back days. The internal management just can’t manage pars and also the longest wait times you will occur compared to other Portland area locations.

It was the “oh my pleasure sir” that really sealed the deal for mid-30s husband though. Please give him a high five for us.

Been here 3 different times and it’s been out. Not to mention when I do get Mac and cheese, it’s always half full. And today it was shakes are out. Staff doesn’t really seem like they know what they’re doing. I don’t leave reviews very often, but I’ve been here enough times to have this many issues to let someone know about this.

Shout out to my girl Perla for doing an awesome job of taking my order and asking you a question about the chicken wrap for me. However, when she tried to gather additional information from what I presume, to be her manager in the red burgundy, long sleeve shirt, was giving short, cold, and sassy responses. well, I was waiting for my food. I noticed that the same manager was talking to a lovely white family from Wisconsin outside. I’m just wondering why I wasn’t received with the same customer service and why he was so rude to Perla. Just an interesting observation that I noticed today. I’m hoping that this is just the one off experience but a little disappointed. Also shout out to the gentleman with the buzz cut hair that recommended the avocado lime ranch for my cool wrap. I appreciate you so much. ❤️
