I was already having a pretty crummy day so what did I do go to buy a bottle of liquor to take the edge off, now when I parked I did something very common especially with people in a hurry I put my tires against the curb. About two minutes goes by and I’m waiting for my wife to finish inside when a emergency text from my baby sitter comes and this stranger whom doesn’t at all disclose who they are asks me To move my vehicle back about 2 feet and under normal circumstances when I’m not dealing with an emergency on my phone I would’ve been more than happy to accommodate this request put in the heat of the moment I was more worried about the emergency contact from my babysitter Then I was some stranger Asking me to move my van so I explained that I would be gone soon and had somthing important to deal with and closed my door I waited about thirty seconds and noticed he was trying to get my attention so I opened my door and asked why he even cared how I was parked then he proceeded to yell and cuss and say he was the owner at me and exclaim that people in wheel chairs wouldn’t be able to pass in front of my van and I explained for one if a disabled person couldn’t get by I would move obviously you’d have to be a jack wagon to mess with a crippled guy or gal or thing And for two there was no wheelchair access on my right side and probably about a foot to a foot and a half curb it looked like so there would be no reason for a wheelchair user to come around from that side as the wheel chair ramp was on my left side in front of the door. Then the guy proceeded to go inside and verbally harass my wife yelling at her and cussing her out when she wasn’t even part of the altercation and she asked him to talk to her with respect multiple times and he did not I don’t care who you are or what you do there is one general rule when it comes to running or owning a place and that is to be respectful and professional at all times regardless of what the customer says, I feel I have been wrongfully 86’d and would consider having a proper conversation with this man if he so chose but I would appreciate an apology as I never raised my voice or cussed him out I had a horrible day before this and this just really cemented it in I did my best to maintain a professional and respectful tone of voice and perspective despite my communication disability as I have a hard time with proper verbal communication and unless this man would like to have a respectful conversation I would have interest in spending my money here I am sure he didn’t have the best day either but that doesn’t give you the right to treat a customer how ever you want especially cause of the three reasons people normally drink addiction depression and to just enjoy or party people go though a lot and you should more considerate of how the person your talking to might feel have a great day and I honestly hope to hear from you and smooth this over as I think two people that where having a messed up day probably just clashed!
