  I wanted to give JJ one last try. The product and service has plummeted while the prices have gone up plus we are expected to tip. Monday 4/13 I ordered the Turkey Tom "deal" and tipped 20%. My sandwich was made wrong, loaded wt lettuce barelyany turkey. I checked the ticket. Did I mess up? No. It would have been easy to get right. The bottled soda i ordered was warm. No chill at all. The service person would have known that when he picked it up. These corporations have completely lost their minds with greed. JJs is done for me. Overpriced bad product. Bad service. And they expect you to subsidize the wage they could easily pay.

  I had a really good experience at Jimmy John’s Wilsonville. The customer service was excellent and very polite. Tonight, Brandon took our order and he was incredibly patient, welcoming, and friendly. The food was also fresh and tasty. Overall, a very pleasant visit!

  The dude who worked there actually gave us a discount since we ordered the same sandwich so he just combined the two seperate 6 inch sandwiches into one large which was like 3$ cheaper! Would definitely reccomend again! Specifically this location. 24$ for two med drinks, two bags of chips, and two sandwiches. Pretty good, especially since the food is so filling.
