  Every other Safeway in the area is open until 12am. This one consistently is in disarray, the deli content always looks old. I just feel like I’m disappointed every time I try to go into this store.

  First, I try to grab a drink from the cold drink case. There was a drink at the edge of a shelf, but it was blocked by a piece of shelving, so I couldn't get it out, but I managed to get cut on a sharp piece of metal. I ended up bleeding a little bit. Secondly, I'm in line waiting for my turn at the cash register. The cashier is making great conversation with the customer in front of me. My turn comes, and she barely says a word to me. A survey appeared on the PIN pad. I was going to do it, but then the cashier said "oh, let me take care of that for you" and did the survey for me, giving herself high marks. At no point was I offered an opportunity to share my experience. I don't even think she bothered to ask how I was doing, or if I found everything. Lastly, as the transaction is ending, the cashier just very casually and non-chalantly said "hey, by the way, if you have the time, maybe as your exiting the store, you can put your basket back over there? Thanks." So basically, I came to this store to pick up a few things only to be injured and then treated discourteously. Meanwhile, the problem employee gave herself a pat on the back in the form of a glowing survey while she does the bare minimum and provides half-assed customer service. Do better.

  I will not be shopping at the store anymore. My son who plays football from Oregon State is this straight a student studying criminal justice and studying to become an attorney within their store. Several times he was profile followed as a matter of fact he was followed, so obviously that they did not make any account to be discreet. I called the store to address the issue. I spoke with a male manager who was dismissive, sarcastic, passive, and Left me with one comment and silence on the phone. This tells me that this is OK by the management and it tells me that this has not the first time that an incident like this has happened I’ve been in the store many times and I have been assaulted to my face. I do not understand what the city of Wilsonville and the Chamber of Commerce have allowed this type of irresponsible racist behavior continue on with this particular store and its owner, but I am not broke And I plan to pursue this to the fullest so the culture that store could be changed because if you make a complaint like that to a manager and he is dismissive and passive that tells me that the management is the problem not the employees and I will not allow this to continue and I am going to do everything within my legal and financial power to remove this manager And to have the owner or franchise owner or corporation take responsibility for the lack of compassion, respect, and professionalism of the people in their store
