A gentleman was simply asking for help in anyway, 2 of the workers then step outside, shit talk the man, and goes into the stores next to them to do the same thing. I don't care if it happened after I left but the fact I'm witnessing these 2 female workers make fun of someone's suffering while still on the clock and in uniform is really sad to see. This happened on Monday July 21, 2025 at around 7pm.

We watched as 5 customers came, their orders were taken, and they all got their drinks, meanwhile they blamed the system and said we would get our drinks later since we used the Kiosk. This was after Katelyn verbally told the other employee at the time 3 separate times to complete the kiosk order. At that point, claiming system error is not acceptable.
