I showed the worker my bank transaction and my order summary and she gets defensive and then grabs the manager. He comes out and same attitude. He told me it is right and I owe them $30. I told him the exact same thing. He told me that is right and that I need to pay. The other receipt shows my name and number but I have a confirmation email and transaction in my bank app to show that it is not mine. I looked over and saw my pizza and told them to check it and the manager said it probably is yours…. What?!? You agree this is wrong but still giving me unnecessary attitude. I just got off a 12 hour shift and just want to eat at home in peace. So after me getting frustrated they finally gave me my pizza that I ordered and paid for and I left. I for sure do not care to be treated that way. I work in a company where reviews are everything. I would never treat someone the way they treated me. Poor excuse for customer service from a corporation that used to be the best around.
