They said they didn’t see anything under my name and to just call customer service that there’s nothing they could help me with. I showed them my confirmation and that it was marked as ready that’s why I came in to pick it up and they said no there’s nothing there for me they can’t do anything and to call customer service or get back in line to reorder. I told them I already paid and they said to call corporate then. They were so rude! Horrible location!

She seemed stressed but it wasn’t even busy. The way she was talking to the staff it seems like she is in a management role.

No rice, no pinto beans, no pico, no sauce. Unfortunately they notified us of all this after one of my kids started an order. I decided not to eat. My kids still did. But it wasn't good. VERY DISAPOINTED. visited 12/5/25 @ 9:50pm. Store hours show to be open until 11pm. Why is the kitchen closed and no longer making fresh food? Watched several people leave.
