  I’ve been to this location twice and both times the older woman was incredibly rude and overcharged me. The ambience in this restaurant is something else and not in a good way. It’s so negative, really like nothing I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. I was charged $23 for a half full bowl and the older woman behind the counter made a point to be snotty, like it was a game to her. Unfortunate since I love chipotle for lunch but I definitely won’t be back here.

  Some constructive criticism. The burrito I ordered was dripping and falling apart the moment I took it out of the package. I noticed the servers did not take much care to drain excess liquid from the pico and the meat, so it was pooling before they attempted to wrap it. Also If you're a burrito place every person there should know how to properly wrap a burrito. Mine was very loose and the bottom came undone immediately; it was a mess. A little more training seems required at this location to provide a consistent experience for customers. I would also note that there were several dirty tables and no line, so the shift lead should have had someone in the dinning area tidying up

  I came in for lunch and had a fantastic experience at Chipotle! The service was super fast, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and just what I was craving. The staff really stood out too—everyone was so friendly and welcoming, with lots of smiles that made the visit even better.

  Food was pretty much as expected, but they apparently don't know what's on the menu. I asked for the high protein taco and the guy that was in there didn't know what that was, which was fine. But then he asked the older lady and she was extremely rude to him. And then told me "we don't have that." I said, well its on the online menu. So she pulled out a little card and looked and then told him "ugh, it's just a taco." Its supposed to come with a little more meat. Then she asked me if I wanted anything else. So I was going to order a couple protein bowls (just little cups of meat) and she said VERY rudely "no, I meant on you taco!" And was rude the entire time I was telling her. I am in food service, so apparently they don't actually wany customers because yelling at your coworkers and being very rude to customers isn't how you behave. I won't be returning. I'll take my business to Qdoba
