  They are price gouging and their service is awful. Drive a couple miles to Medford for better food, service, and prices!

  Shout out to Lisa and her night crew. Every time I pull up Lisa is always showing positive energy. First bite into my food is always fresh. Always goes above and beyond. Trust, I be pulling to my favorite Taco Bell and thats the one in White City because of Lisa and her crew.

  Oh white city Taco Bell, the one that never fails to get my order wrong and smush all quesadillas in the bag so you don’t get the full dilla

  Placed our order in the drive through, and as it was handed to me, the bag broke, the food hit the ground and the person inside just looked at me and closed the window! The two window workers turned their backs to me! I got out of my truck to pick up the $21 worth of food and knocked on the window and finally what I assumed was the manager came and asked what the problem was. I told her what had happened and then I handed her the food, which she checked and put into another bag and handed it back. She didn’t offer to make it again! They all acted like it was my fault that the bag broke and not one person said they were sorry! The customer service at this Taco Bell has definitely gotten worse in the last few years! I’ll think twice before returning any time soon!
