When restaurants cannot deliver the food in a timely fashion, it's my job at risk for taking too long. I have been assigned to this Taco Bell multiple times before and each time it's taken 20+ minutes to get my customer's food. I am never given an ETA, just excuses. So I have nothing to tell my waiting customers about how long they need to wait. No other Taco Bell I've been to does this. If they are busy they give me an ETA. If they are understaffed, they tell me how many orders are ahead of my customer's. Never have I felt my time feel so devalued as when waiting at this particular location. If you are a customer and want quick service, it'd be quicker to go to a different location then to be served here.

I’ve never seen anything like this. I will never accept a DoorDash for this store ever again! And the staff acts as if they don’t care at all!
