Let alone now me n my family are sick a couple days later from the worker here admitting they've been horribly sick the past week after handing us our coffee.. no one else was sick around me and now my family and I are all have the same symptoms as the dutch bro employee that got us sick had.. becareful everyone this should be reported to the health department..

The "vibe" has been very off putting, None of the new people are friendly, no ones really talking besides just the total of the price, when they get it right that is. Idk what happened but all the good vibes and good people have left this spot and been put to other stands. I just wish there was another one closer to me to pick from.

Service was outstanding and my drink was made to perfection. Conversation was almost as great as the coffee! These are the types of interactions that allow the location to grow and keep us regulars coming back for more!! Amazing experience as always
- TJTrinity JacksonMar 3, 20261.0Around 5:55 PM on 3/3/26 the lady was very rude as if i was inconvenient for her i asked for a Kool blue rebel blended and she barely put any Boba in it and once we asked for a straw she aggressively gave it to us. And we also asked for a pup cup for our service pup she barely put any whip cream and put crumbles of a dog cookie in it. It was not a pleasant experience and made us not want to go back to this specific location She was a dark complexed with dark hair.

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
