The staff is actually very nice and helpful, they just don't like talking to people apparently. Easily more than 90% of the time I've called to talk to a pharmacist, I've either had no answer or have received a message saying that the voicemail is full. I know they have a phone because I have gotten through (it's rare). So if you need to use them, you'll unfortunately have to go into the store to check on RX's.
