  This location had a weird indoor setup. Had never been there before but food is always good. Wendy's never disappoints

  There's a post under me from Linda which states that drive through staff was very rude to her today (as of April 15th) and I have to agree with her, besides the person at the first window, the experience was extremely unpleasant and is reminiscent of other times I've visited here. The quality has gone down significantly and the reviews on here show that, I'm not in the minority here. When I first started frequnting the environment was welcoming and the food was great, however over a certain span of time the staff is now angry/hostile and the food quality is down too. Someones review mentions the legendary "Mayo burger" I can tell you first hand I've gotten that mayo burger as well, usually in the biggie bag. Keep in mind right down the street is Taco Bell and Panda Express which have WAY better quality food and way friendlier staff. There's genuinely no reason to go here when McDonalds is also just over the bridge in Astoria. You'd have a better meal and environment eating at The Wiener's Circle in Chicago. If you go here understand that you're getting a hostile staff and low quality food. From their work ethic is apparent that allot of the staff hates their job, and if they hate their job so much why would you as a customer want to be eating there? If you hate the food and the business so much why would I want to be a repeat customer? This place is not worth your time or money.

  I order a dave 1 they charged me 10.00 without a recipe .very rude at both windows .u just lost a customer

  Once again we have shown up here during the dinner hours to find the lobby is locked to the public, this happens atheist 3-5 times a week and its very frustrating. I know for a fact they are not allowed by the owners or the DM to do this on a regular basis. This location has truly gone down hill fast this last year definitely. The lobby is always messy, there is staff coming in off clock to make their own food during rushes in street cloths , the trash is always over flowing , the bathroom is always nasty.

  This wendys used to be so great, now it's awful. My mom and I gave it three tries this year to see if we just had a bad day, but nope. The burgers and fries are absolutely disgusting, every time now. Don't even bother unless you're just buying a chocolate Frosty, it's the only good item anymore. One guy who works here is really nice but everyone else is ...Ick.
