It's like they didn't even try to get anything right, extra sauce in the wrong bowl, rice in the wrong bowl, steak in the wrong bowl (there was steak in both and i ordered it on ONE?), sauce in the wrong bowl... like everything was wrong. I was excited to eat my normal from taco bell, like anyone else would.. but my WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG. I hate to be a karen but how do you mess up this badly? (also yes, i know both these orders are very extra BUT they have never once messed up my order this badly, not even ever at all.)

Maria is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely positive. They take the time to ask the right questions, make sure everything is just right, and you can tell they truly care about the customer experience. Their energy alone makes your day better. They’ll sometimes call you “honey” or “sweetheart,” which might feel a little unexpected at first — but very quickly you realize it’s simply part of who they are. It’s warm, kind, and completely genuine, never creepy. Just sincere friendliness that you don’t see enough anymore. Hats off to Maria — they are a fantastic asset to this Taco Bell and exactly the kind of employee that keeps people coming back.
