    The Dairy queen ad running on TV for buy one get one for .99 blizzards is false advertising. I downloaded the app to receive the offer, the offer wasn't appearing, so I went in to receive help from the clerk. I was accused of being old (I'm 56) and couldn't work the app. The clerk behind the counter couldn't work it either!! His young self was no better and it isn't my occupation.

    Picked up a “blizzard” ice cream cake for granddaughter’s 14th birthday. (It was delicious and a big hit!). Also bought a box of dilly bars. Service was great, employees (only 2) eager to help, surprised it wasn’t real busy.

    Outside in drive up litter on ground, totally unkempt appearance. Window with filthy and man who took our order for ice cream had filthy hands and face. Very polite, and quick service. Employees appear unclean and one person had to use a walker inside and outside to go smoke. It was disgusting and we won't return unless this gets cleaned up! Someone is going to get sick.

    Very dirty. Bathrooms dirty and no supplies, staff shirts are dirty. Staff very nice and friendly.

    Service was ok they were nice at the screen but once I went around to the window there was no acknowledgment for at least 5 minutes. On top of that it took 15-20 minutes for my food to come out.I didn’t receive a receipt. I had gotten the sauced and tossed honey bbq chicken strip basket. everything seemed fine while eating it, but now I am constantly throwing up with some of the worst stomach pain I’ve had please do better this is ridiculous.
