    Went to the Veneta DQ mid week for a blizzard. It was buzzing and filled with energy. My friends and I had a lot of questions and the staff were helpful and friendly and patient. I like patronizing a business where the employees seem genuinely happy and eager to connect with customers.

    Okay, I had a different review before but i would like to update- 5 stars for this DQ. They have stepped their game up so much and kept a good attitude ALL through COVID. Love Jade and team so much!!!!!!! Jade is amazing!

    Big shout out to the DQ! I had to deliver a tractor back out to Deadwood last week. With all these new regulations, majority of restaurants had already closed their dining rooms. I drive a 1994 International flat bed roll back, 9 spd, 33000 gvwr truck. There is NO WAY I will fit thru the drive thru... So I called them and asked what are us Semi drivers supposed to do for food? To my amazement, she said "we can see your truck, what can we get for you? ... "Ok that will be ___. Meet me by the door by our patio in about 5 minutes." They came to the door, took my payment and brought back my card and burger. This is what taking care of our truckers looks like! Well done Veneta Dairy Queen!!!

    Best burgers 💯 best 🍟 fries 👌 when they messed up our order once, they didn't just replace the burgers but they replaced both meals with fries and drinks. I felt treated fairly as a returning customer and appreciated the effort to go over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our food and service. Friendly employees!
