Service workers were helpful and friendly Cons- the kiosk didn't work appropriately, and we had to order the meal twice.Because the first time it didn't take. The food quality has gone done since the buy out. It used to be all real ingredients now it is ok...sad. I miss the old panera.

Panera has always been a little more pricey, but quality was there and consistent. My recent visit was really disappointing. The food was just not what it used to be. Small portions and totally forgettable. You can tell the bread is partially cooked and frozen and "baked" at the store. Sorry. My family used to absolutely love this place. Maybe I'll give it another try, but doubt it at the current prices.
