  We walked in late, close to closing. The employee stopped cleaning to go behind the counter to serve me. Even though it was the end of the day, she was very pleasant and smiled.

  Food is usually good, Service can be mediocre at times but overall it’s nothing worth a complaint- they do an okay Job, However this is my second visit where I’ve arrived and not a single employee even acknowledges your standing at the counter for around 4-5 minutes (Dinner rush, Your busy I get it 100%.. but in my personal profession no matter what’s at hand, You Greet your customers even if the walls are crumbling down) Customers are the Bloodline to our businesses, Often we forget without the customer we would be nothing but empty locations and millions in debt- Training courses should be implemented to enhance the customer service at this location, we aren’t expecting a song and dance but a simple “Hi, We’ll be right with you” instead of Awkwardly walking past the counter avoiding eye contact with the customer at all costs.. I won’t throw anyone specifically under the bus but the Order time was in between 6:00-8:00pm on 2/24/26

  They change there lettuce on the burger about 2/3 months ago to shredded and it ruined the Dave’s single burger.

  Easily my favorite fast food place. One of the fastest drive-throughs I've ever been through, I'm not sure I've ever waited more than 2 minutes. Kudos to all the employees at the tualatin store. Love their breakfast sandwiches. They're special sauce is to die for and I think they're seasoned potato wedges they use to substitute for the normal hash browns are the best in town...
