Panera has always been a little more pricey, but quality was there and consistent. My recent visit was really disappointing. The food was just not what it used to be. Small portions and totally forgettable. You can tell the bread is partially cooked and frozen and "baked" at the store. Sorry. My family used to absolutely love this place. Maybe I'll give it another try, but doubt it at the current prices.

I am new to the Sip Club and had no idea what to say or how to use it. Their friendly cashier Elijah took the time to explain it all to me. Elijah also showed me how to use the self checkout kiosk for my Sip Club beverages. He then read off every single reward I had on my account. I haven't received such awesome customer service in a long time... Thank you so much for taking the time to explain the Sip Club functions and rewards to me. Now I go every day 😊
