I am new to the Sip Club and had no idea what to say or how to use it. Their friendly cashier Elijah took the time to explain it all to me. Elijah also showed me how to use the self checkout kiosk for my Sip Club beverages. He then read off every single reward I had on my account. I haven't received such awesome customer service in a long time... Thank you so much for taking the time to explain the Sip Club functions and rewards to me. Now I go every day 😊

Staff seemed judgy which put a bad vibe throughout the restaurant. So I ended up ordering to go. Food came out relatively fast, was delicious, and made exactly to order. That being said, I'll probably choose a different location next time.
