    I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a meal, but they didn’t give me the full meal — then tried to charge me separately for the fries that were supposed to be included! When I pointed it out, instead of fixing the mistake, they blamed me for “ordering wrong.” I know exactly what I asked for, and it’s not right to make the customer pay extra for something that should’ve been part of the meal. Really disappointing service and poor customer care.

    food was good BUT: 1. we ordered food to eat-in and they packed it up to go and shouted the number instead of bringing it to us. 2. they gave us 5 ketchup and no ranch instead of 5 mayo + ranch that we ordered 3. when going back to ask about this no one spoke english and the staff was being rude even though they got it wrong. 4. ordered an extra burger with extra sauce, they forgot the sauce again and when we went back for it they made us pay for it (even though its free) Also it wasn’t even busy, but overall a bad atmosphere + staff.
