  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel the need to share it. Tonight I went into this location with my daughter to purchase a large bowl, something she gets several times a week. We are very familiar with what a large bowl looks like here. When she received it, the bowl was barely half full, which immediately stood out as incorrect. I brought it back inside and politely asked for it to be remade. I was told the smaller portion was due to the size of the banana and the fact that she doesn’t get peanut butter. That explanation made no sense, as she orders this exact same bowl multiple times every week and it has never been served that small. A “large” bowl should be consistent regardless of minor ingredient variations. They remade the bowl, but it came out the same size as before. When I pointed this out, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the young lady at the cash register abruptly interrupted and said, “We remade it, now take it and get out.” That response was shocking and completely unacceptable. The issue was not just about the bowl at that point, but the lack of basic customer service and respect. Considering how often we spend our money at this location, being spoken to that way was incredibly disappointing. There are other locations that value their customers and understand consistency and professionalism. We will be taking our business to the Wilsonville and Sherwood locations moving forward.

  I just wanted to share that the staff is super welcoming and friendly and their new mozzarella bites are really good and their new lemonade over ice drinks are super refreshing. I made a small accommodation to my drink and the staff made sure I was happy with my drink, which I was! Very great Jamba Location and highly recommend!!

  Everything about my experience was unpleasant, from walking in and not being greeted to not being ask what or if I wanted free booster in my drinks. I had to ask. I have never had to ask. I think Macy may need to be trained on how to ask people if they want the boosters and no ship the booster screen.
