  Food was great, our bill was around 50$, I had a hundred dollar bill, the waitress said she couldn't take that large a bill, as I was deciding how I should accommodate this business, she returned and asked me if I had any other way to pay, I didnt, so she took the bill in a huff, and went to the manager, they brought me my change in paper but kept around 90 cents in change with no explanation, just a dirty look when I started to approach her. So we decided that the change we didn't receive had now become her tip. Such a shame, great place, just needs some people skills

  You’ve got a be joking me. How does it take 35 minutes at 8pm on a Sunday, the store is slow, to make 15 wings? Do your employees actually work or are they just hanging out in the back? Hostess was standing there chatting with her friends for a good 5 minutes before she even acknowledged I was there. WingStop it is from now on. Such a disappointing experience.

  There was a wait time at first but that is because it's a popular restaurant and you cannot blame the staff or managers on that I came in at 5ish on January 25th and I tried the 10 wings blazin knockojt challenge the staff is very friendly and the manager was especially over friendly I will be coming back here soon to try the challenge again I ate six wings in 2 minutes and 9 seconds very friendly people here if you love Buffalo wild wings I would suggest this specific location to others

  Manager was super empathetic. Took $ off our bill at the end, which was appreciated for the lack of service. Waitress we had serving us was from another planet. She skipped my drink, I was the only female at the table. And there were 2 little boys and 2 very old fellas (family of mine). Then she took our order. I was again, not given my order at all when everyone else was served. Not sure what was going on. Service was so slow from her. We caught wind that the table directly behind us was a family (5-6 people total with a baby and little siblings). Their order for dinner never even made it to the kitchen and they were just as disappointed as I was. They waited over an hour and Manager squatted next to the dad to talk and make things right. I'm not sure what exactly he did but he was running around putting out the fires. Like a good manager would! By the time everyone at my table ate for a few minutes and I had nothing, is when I complained to the Manager. I never do that.. but felt like letting him know I was really hungry and disappointed in service. I had to drop my children off to their dad for the weekend and this dinner took 1.5 hours - and I didn't even get my dinner ordered? Have not been back in months since then and forgot to write my review.
