Three or 4 days a week they are closed in the morning. I plan to stop on the way to work but the workers are refusing to take orders or just ignoring the drive through. This is supposed to be 24 hours.

Went thru the drive thru around 10:45am and order some food. When I got the screen I was rushed on ordering my food. I wasn't even given a moment to look and see what I wanted. It felt like I spent under 1min in the drive-thru. I just felt completely rushed and didnt like it. My husband didnt even wanna get something on how rushed we were. The lady kept asking anything else anything else. We could of wanted more but we were just being rushed.

Fast food? A restaurant might as well be faster than this. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for 4 cars with small orders, the worker barely could understand us and kept getting things wrong. They had nothing we wanted in stock, changed our drink 3 times, and the workers moved like molasses.

Ive been going here since I was very little cuz its a quick 15 minute walk from my place but ive had to start going to literally any other location because idk if all the staffing is high 24/7 (i know for a fact some blond dude usually on the night shifts is) but every single time ive gone there for like the past year now my order has been made wrong, missing things, or just straight up someone else's entire order. Ive tried calling the store countless times to try and get a refund or see about getting my stuff made properly but they NEVER pick up the phone and you cant get a refund through the app ive tried many many times due to how often they mess up mine, my friends, and my families orders. I do not recommend coming here under any circumstances theres a couple of nice employees but its really not worth the hassle of having to constantly be paying for stuff you will never receive. If you work here and are the reason I'm not shoving my face in a happy meal right now, please for the love of god get help.
