We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for 4 cars with small orders, the worker barely could understand us and kept getting things wrong. They had nothing we wanted in stock, changed our drink 3 times, and the workers moved like molasses.

- BMBailey MilesDec 28, 20251.0Ive been going here since I was very little cuz its a quick 15 minute walk from my place but ive had to start going to literally any other location because idk if all the staffing is high 24/7 (i know for a fact some blond dude usually on the night shifts is) but every single time ive gone there for like the past year now my order has been made wrong, missing things, or just straight up someone else's entire order. Ive tried calling the store countless times to try and get a refund or see about getting my stuff made properly but they NEVER pick up the phone and you cant get a refund through the app ive tried many many times due to how often they mess up mine, my friends, and my families orders. I do not recommend coming here under any circumstances theres a couple of nice employees but its really not worth the hassle of having to constantly be paying for stuff you will never receive. If you work here and are the reason I'm not shoving my face in a happy meal right now, please for the love of god get help.

For 2 years that I go to this McDonald's, this has never happened and they just kicked us out and said they would call the police if we didn't leave. I tried to find out the reason, but instead of naming the reason, they didn't say anything and just told us to leave. I also want to ask them for a complaint book.
