I spoke to her and she acted as if she didn’t hear me! Then I followed her to the counter telling her that I still needed a drink and milk. She said to just grab the cups! I said I need a milk! I felt like I was such an inconvenience to her. It’s your job! Without us buying food from your establishment, you wouldn’t have a job!

I will let you know if I'm using an app, you don't need to ask. And if your staff cannot handle being told that, and then they threatened do not serve you because you somehow have hurt their feelings karma you need to get new staff or retrain them. Your staff person was rude to me and my aunt, and not the other way around. And your managers need retraining!
