    Hands down the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Our order (Breakfast): #2 with large coke #4 with OJ 2 sausage mcgriddles 4 sides of Hashbrowns They asked us to pull around and we did so, no problem. When they brought the order I looked in to find the 6 hashbrowns (2 form the meals and the 4 extra,) but only 3 sandwiches when there should have been 4. I go inside to notify them that there was a sandwich missing (professionally and politely without attitude). The worker went to the manager and told her the issue, and she immediately replied "I put all of them in there" (1st time she called me a liar, and with attitude). My niceness from knowing mistakes happen changed from professional and polite to being insulted. I said professionally: "You can look at the cameras!". She then asked me what the problem was and "I ordered and #2, a #4 and 2 Mcgriddles, that's 4 sandwiches, there is only 3 in the bag". She then asked for the receipt. I had to go back to the car and get it. I came back and showed her the receipt, she looked in the bag and said "so you are only missing 1 sandwich, not 3" (calling me a lair yet again). The customer next to me started laughing cause even he knew all this was BS. I reaffirmed that I stated that there was 1 missing, I never said 3. The grabs (What I thought was the missing sandwich) and throws it in the bag, and pushes the bag towards me rudely. I grab the bad and leave. When we get home, we are dividing up the food between the 3 of us just to find out that she (probably on purpose at this point) gave us the 4th sandwich wrong just to get us out of the store, am I not sure what this is, but I never got the Sausage Biscuit (#4), got a ham and egg and chesse mcmuffin instead. Never have I ever had to give such a negative review to any McDonald's, let alone ANY fast-food restaurant I have ever been to.

    My wife absolutely despises this location. Her food is always wrong or missing. This place should get leveled

    We ordered last-minute at the Window and they were very generous about it making sure we got everything we asked for and even gave us fresh fries shout out to the manager, Joanna and her crew

    Ordered online then went and pick it up after 15 minutes, they still told me to wait in the waiting area and I waited 5 minutes more. Employee wasn't very nice at all. Employee was talking in Spanish which I don't understand, so who knows if they're talking about or not. Oh yeah, there was no napkins at all so I have to get our of my car and went inside to get some because there was a line in drive thru.

    I literally watched 6 cars they had to park from drive thru get their orders and go while waiting for my online pick up order I placed at 4:29pm from parking spot 1, and they finally brought it at 4:52, right when I went in to ask what the heck, they had gone out the other door. The girl I asked was super rude and said they had been busy. But 6 cars parked and served has nothing to do with being too busy! If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have give them the what for! Having been an employee including as shift manager for a year, I freaking know that is completely unacceptable, and I should have gotten my money back as well as my order. And this isn't the only time I have had issues there. I always order my double cheeseburgers with no pickle, and twice they have put it on them and twice they took the onion and pickle off. I like the onion. It doesn't taste right without them. And if pickles are on it, its the only thing I can taste. Ugh!
