These guys do a good job of getting my order right consistently, and the folks working the drive through are always polite and friendly. Unfortunately, long wait times in the drive through line have become more and more common. For instance, I've been sitting (trapped) in the drive through line for about twenty minutes now, and the line hasn't moved. No mention of the long wait, no apology, nothing when I finally made it to the speaker. I'm willing to forgive a lot if you just say "sorry for the long wait, we're slammed right now". I think I might switch my late night cravings spot to Taco Del Sol down the street. They're slightly more expensive, but I've never had to wait there more than ten minutes start to finish. I just don't have time to deal with the drive through line anymore. So much for "fast" food... EDIT: I lowered the star rating to 2 stars. I spent 26 minutes total in the drive through line. I won't be back for a while!
