  terrible experience, take your money elsewhere. It took almost a minute before the one person working got up from their chair and greeted me. I was the only one in the store (hard not to see a customer come in) The second problem is this employee starts making a online order simultaneously while making the current front facing customers order. I'm the only one in the store, the present customer in hand should get priority. My toasted sandwich was complete just need to be wrapped and rang up. but I had to wait for the employee to complete the online order (who was not present for pick up). If it had not been for a hefty discounted coupon I would have walked out after I saw no one was upfront and almost a minute later the employee sighs while getting up from the chair to come over and assist me. This meal was $6 with the coupon and that honestly all its worth with this type of service. Whoever the store owner is, you're clearing not engaged with this store and it shows, check the cameras your employee is dropping food and sniffling over food. there's a random rusty screw just sitting in standing water because nobody put the trays in and you can see a gross water line under the food trays on the assembly line as if its never been cleaned. Store needs some rejuvenation for sure.

  It's a great deal if you have a coupon. At full price, Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's sandwiches taste better. Sorry
