  I picked up a tuna sandwich for my son, who was at work. But I ended up having to drive all the back to get another one because there was no tuna in the sandwich! It was an online order. I tried calling to give them a heads up, but no one would answer the phone. She almost forgot to put the avocado and cut it the 2nd time around til I reminded her . I was really nice about it . It was my first time at this location. The second time, I picked up another online order. He forgot the avocado, but while I was there, he told a customer who walked in that he was not making any sandwiches unless it was an online order .He was alone and was taking a break. I felt bad for the customer that he wasn't going to get service . They should not have their doors open then maybe. I have been to 5 other different local subways. This one seems to be struggling , I know this since one of my kids has worked in several locations in the past. I hope that things start to get better at this one.

  terrible experience, take your money elsewhere. It took almost a minute before the one person working got up from their chair and greeted me. I was the only one in the store (hard not to see a customer come in) The second problem is this employee starts making a online order simultaneously while making the current front facing customers order. I'm the only one in the store, the present customer in hand should get priority. My toasted sandwich was complete just need to be wrapped and rang up. but I had to wait for the employee to complete the online order (who was not present for pick up). If it had not been for a hefty discounted coupon I would have walked out after I saw no one was upfront and almost a minute later the employee sighs while getting up from the chair to come over and assist me. This meal was $6 with the coupon and that honestly all its worth with this type of service. Whoever the store owner is, you're clearing not engaged with this store and it shows, check the cameras your employee is dropping food and sniffling over food. there's a random rusty screw just sitting in standing water because nobody put the trays in and you can see a gross water line under the food trays on the assembly line as if its never been cleaned. Store needs some rejuvenation for sure.

  It's a great deal if you have a coupon. At full price, Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's sandwiches taste better. Sorry
