They switched to Doordash and that is a HUGE mistake. Terrible delivery. Doordash does not use the insulated pizza bags so pizza was cold, they left my pizza in the rain so now the boxes we soggy and pizza further cooling, and the driver did not even ring the bell or knock so I had no idea it was even delivered. Is this why all their deals are Carryout Only?

Its been about 15 years since I had papa John's and I would have put it on my top 5 list back then. But what I had the other day was the worst pizza I've ever had.
