- KOKnock OutDec 27, 20251.0HORRIBLE COMPANY. My friend is disabled. We came in maybe a month ago for lunch. Food was great. Service was great. Came back today for a completely different experience. We walked in at 10:40 am and I started to look for my buddy’s soup. The menu was all breakfast. Horrible companies do not keep the same hours. I realized today Panera is a horrible company. All of a sudden, Panera doesn’t serve lunch until 11 am. So, not wanting my buddy to get stuck eating oatmeal again for his second meal of day, I had to push him back to car in his wheelchair, pack up, and shoot across town to a restaurant I know cares about customer service. You can always tell a bad company by their misleading hours for breakfast/lunch. What an absolute joke. I will never be back to Panera again. I really hope the company goes out of business. Poop-hole businesses like this are really bad, and they hate their customers.
