Usually this is great during the week, however I find on weekends, the service isn't as good. The management just doesnt treat customers right...had to wait 8 minutes in drive through for a customer that couldn't pay. During the week, they would have had the customer pull around so they could take care of this. Not on the weekend.

I made a simple order of a frappe with espresso shots added , waited at the pick up area for over 15 mins until I decided to go inside where the lady didn’t even know what I was talking about , once she realized my order was that she was like “oh yeah, he’s making it right now” so I’m like ok I’m a little annoyed, but I get it then she proceeds to tell me that the espresso machine isn’t working and if I want a regular one (I paid extra for espresso for a reason ) I said I wanted a refund and somebody else came and told me that they’re not able to issue any refunds, but I could do it through the app, but the app literally says to take it up with the specific restaurant. Needless to say they took my money and I never received anything.

Solid Experience at This McDonald’s – Great Service, Reliable Food
This McDonald’s location consistently delivers solid service with a smile. The staff here deserves real credit for keeping things moving efficiently, even during the busiest times. Orders are taken quickly, prepared accurately, and the team behind the counter seems genuinely attentive—something that isn’t always guaranteed at fast-food restaurants. The drive-thru line moves at a decent pace, and when I’ve gone inside, the dining area has been clean and well-maintained, with tables wiped down and condiments stocked.
As for the food—it’s exactly what you expect from McDonald’s, and that’s not a bad thing. The fries are crisp and hot more often than not, and the burgers come out as advertised. The coffee and breakfast items are always dependable, especially if you’re on the go. I wouldn’t call it gourmet, but it’s classic McDonald’s comfort food done right.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is simply that it’s not aiming to be fine dining—it’s fast, familiar, and predictable. Still, this location stands out for its customer service, consistency, and clean atmosphere. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s in the area.
