I understand it’s a fast food restaurant but there’s no reason to move so fast that you can’t even see if you’re handing out the right orders. And then when I called to ask for a credit they didn’t really care. I’ve been coming to this McDonalds for years but through the drive through. I own my own business and I would never treat my customers like that. Even if it is something as trivial as a food order you should great your customers with some respect.

Literally no movement of any cars in 5 min. So I went inside and told them my order number. Five different people talk about my order (one even mentions me by name). Then a woman comes over and I show her my order number. She walks over to the register and says "yeah, we don't have that." She pushes a button, and suddenly my app says the order has been cancelled. She cancelled my order instead of giving me my food inside. I guess the owner didn't need that $9 order or the weekly stop I used to make there.
