Usually I receive good service at this location but that was not my experience this weekend. Went to the drive thru on a Saturday night, twenty-five minutes before they are supposed to close. Then (2) employees walked past my car and yelled "we're closed!". As someone who has worked in the food industry for years I was shocked by this. You really shouldn't have your location listed to be open until Midnight if you aren't actually going to be open to Midnight. It's misleading.

With a single car in front of me, it took 20 minutes for me to get breakfast in the drive through. I was wondering what was taking so long so I had my window down listening to the car in front of me order their modestly sized meal. I heard him say "hello!?" about 10 times over 15 minutes before the person inside even addressed him. When I got to the window, it took five minutes of me doing the same thing before an abrupt "just a minute" came over the speaker. Close to 20 minutes later when I finally was getting my food, there was no apology or explanation for the delay.
I took the time to provide feedback via the website and the response from both corporate and the local branch was extremely disappointing. They have no notion of how to make something right with a customer. That tracks with the employees lack of awareness when it comes to apologizing for the delay in the first place. Totally logical trickle down from poor customer service at the management/ownership level.

Went here for Breakfast ordered a meal asked for no ice the lady was taken back and looked upset at me for asking for NO ICE. Sat down started to eat a homeless guy walked in started raising his voice saying AMIGO AMIGO to the lady she came he asked for a FREE COKE she said water he said no COKE so another woman brought him a large COKE for FREE. HE went into the dining area and 5 mins later came back asked to USE the phone. The lady said only for a little bit. She gave him the phone he started to talk really loud in front of the counter slurring loudly while customers watched. The parking lot is very confusing on how to get in and out.
