Over an hour wait and according to their tracker the pizza was out in the wild for 30 minutes (the Dominos is a 10 minute walk away.) I called and cancelled. No apologies, no acknowledgement that they failed. Probably dodged a bullet on food quality/safety if this is how they do business. I recommend that you stay away until you see some review changes.
