I've come to notice that when doing online orders the portions tend to be smaller than if you go inside and order. I dont blame the staff at all, I imagine it happens due to having to juggle online orders and those in the restaurant, but its a pattern thats happened a few times so I thought it was worth mentioning. The staff themselves are very kind and polite. The restaurant is very clean, and well organized. Overall good experience!

When I arrived the line was 10 deep, took about 15 minutes to get to the front. This was on a night for a school fundraiser, which I assume is setup outside the locations view. Corporate help your staff, communicate. Online pickup was also about 20 mins after promise time. Also, missing an item that I had to drive back and get.

I asked the cashier if my order would be ready soon and they walked to the back and grabbed my bag off the rack near the drive thru. My order had been sitting there since 6:20 or earlier while my wife and I sat there waiting for it to show up in the mobile area. I asked the manager why my order was in the back and not where it was supposed to be. He told me it's because people steal them. I can appreciate that but then put a sign up stating that instead of having food getting cold in a different area while people unknowingly wait. Manager didn't really seem to care if I was happy or not. There are many other options out there where staff actually care about customer service. Obviously not high up on Chipotle's list.
