  Servers were AMAZING!! Young folks with an awesome attitude! Really great friendly quick staff. But when did Chipotle start putting 7 lbs of salt in everything or am I just super out of touch?

  Bruh they gave me absolutely NOTHING. Probably about a third cup of rice and ten pieces of chicken. I was absolutely baffled. Then when it came to the toppings I had to ask for extra for EVERY SINGLE ONE. Like why are you giving me a PINCH of cheese and lettuce. If im asking for more every single time, wouldn’t you have the common sense to think “oh maybe im not scooping enough and I should scoop more for the next thing this person is asking for.” If you guys are going to increase your prices, you better be scooping me a decent amount of food. Why am I paying 9.50 for a half full bowl.

  Wanted to shoutout the amazing staff at this Chipotle, especially Aaron. I’ve been going to this same Chipotle ever since it’s open and they always are so friendly and wave when I come in. Consider me a regular, but I love when people recognize me and take that moment to connect with their customers and ask them how they are doing which they all never fail not to do!

  I had one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences I’ve had in a long time. I ordered online, paid in advance, and followed the instructions exactly. My receipt clearly said to pick up at 5:30 PM, and I arrived early at 5:25. There was only one car ahead of me, yet nothing seemed to be happening. I waited so long that I actually turned my car off to avoid wasting gas. Eventually, the car in front of me was told to pull around. When I moved up to the window, no one came to help me—even though staff clearly saw me sitting there. One employee was working at the computer, and another came near the window, but completely ignored me despite me trying to get her attention. After waiting even longer, I honked. No response. I honked again—still nothing. On the third attempt, someone finally came to the window. I explained I had an online order scheduled for 5:30 (it was now 5:45) and asked if I was in the correct place. The employee simply turned, grabbed a bag that was apparently sitting there the entire time, and handed it to me without explanation. To make matters worse, when I got home, the food was so overwhelmingly salty that it was barely edible. Between the lack of communication, being ignored at the window, and poor food quality, this was a completely unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
