- ALAvery Lund3 days ago1.0This store needs a complete overhaul. Every table was disgusting, they were out of everything, and they forgot multiple things from my friend’s order. And he was not the only one, the majority of the staff was doing damage control for things they missed the first time around. It sounds like this is nothing new for this location based off of the other reviews. The owners and managers need to step in.

There was at least 6 employees working and 3 were standing around, when they could have been cleaning. I don't think this place has honestly been cleaned like it should in a while. I see complaints from a ton of people in my town about how horrible it has gotten, I should have listened. This place used to be great. I don't know what happened. With reading similar 1 star reviews lately, I really wonder why this has not been adressed or the place hasn't been shut down.

We even paid extra for the steak. Each wrap had less than 1.5 ounces of steak in it and they were barely warm. Burrito was as expected....nothing special. We did not like using the kiosk. Takes too long and cant get items to "add" appropriately. We will not be back to this place.

No consistency and ALWAYS skimping on portions that are supposed to be standard. This place is sub par and it really sucks seeing that it's the ONLY taco bell in The Dalles. Pretty crap.
