  So this taco bell sucks. So many things wrong. The drive thru line was 25 min, I pay for my food and the dude at the window throws away my receipt with out even asking me if I want it. I wait 10 more min and they give me me food. None of it is what I orde it's just smashed up burittos ozzong cheese and greasy as heck. Thanks for being crappy taco bell. There are tons of people waiting inside so it's not even worth my time to go back inside and have them fix it. But it's the dalles so what do yo expect for fast food. Just a waste of money, DONT GO HERE.

  Taco bell corporate needs to come down and fix this dump up, food orders always messed, used to come here all the time but that past few years it's been a very poor quality place and the few times I have went to this taco bell there has always been a problem with what food I received.

  I dont recommend anyone go here. It somehow too 30 minutes for 2 bean burritos. I waited while the worker rudely finished her 10 minute conversation with her friend, to then be told I HAVE to order on their kiosk myself, that they at the front counter cant place my order for me. So I place my order on the kiosk and start waiting for my order to be called. 3 people that came in after me ordered and got their food before I received my small order. I had to ask them why I hadn't received my food and they told me I "needed to pay still". If they did their jobs and "helped (me) the customer" I would've been in and out in less than 10 minutes. Every worker was rude in our interactions to top it all off. Except the one new girl who was very nice, she didnt know what she was doing and her coworkers were very disrespectful when she was asking questions on how to operate the register. They also somehow "ran out of change to give me" Total nightmare and I would never recommend anyone goes here. I myself will never be back

  TD Taco Bell truly gives a bad rap to the fast food company. I’m a Taco Bell GIRL and I avoid this location because my order always ends up wrong and it takes forever on top of that!! Like I just ordered a black bean crunch wrap and I was given one with beef (I don’t eat beef). Total waste of money. Can corporate or management please do better? Fr

  I went to Taco Bell on October 20th for my lunch break and I proceeded to order my food and it took over 30 minutes for the lunch staff there to make one burrito and nacho fries and then proceeded to take as long as they did and not get my burrito right and made me late to work. The lunch staff between the time of 11:00 to 11:30 need to be reprimanded and taught how to take care of costumers and work more efficiently instead of being rude and giving sass to me as a customer.They are also not following the Oregon health department laws or food safety, they were not wearing gloves or hair nets with food visible to the customer from the lobby on the floor.
