- EWEric “Darth Riddler” WalkerFeb 10, 20261.0Staff doesn't seem to understand that the Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch is "finished off with a drizzle of buffalo sauce". We've had two of them so far with no sauce. Yesterday we called about it and the woman didn't understand that there was no buffalo sauce on it and that it has it, per the menu. Then she just hung up on us. Had to drive over to explain in person, with the pizza, to show her the pizza as well as the description on the menu. 1-star rating is completely due to being hung up on by staff that doesn't know what toppings are standard on that pizza. That should never be acceptable for a worker to do. Everything else was fine. We've never had this issue with any of the other local locations, just this one.

Tonight, the topping on one pizza was burnt and the pasta was 1/4 of the way full with 5 pieces of chicken (chicken Alfredo). I keep ordering thinking maybe it's just because they just opened. Maybe they have newbies in training. Maybe it's just one time thing. But it keeps happening. This is the last time we order from this store. Which sucks because we live right next to it. We've complained everytime. But the complaints don't seem to make a difference.
