  Worst customer Service in the entire state. They don’t attend to the counter. I understand this is post-Covid era and it doesn’t seem like anything’s gonna go back the way it used to be. But we can at least try. These people don’t try! You have to yell to get their attention because when you look at them and wave your hands around and they look you straight in the eye they turn around and ignore you! It’s unbelievable and it feels like can this really be what they’re doing but time after time when I’m there it happens and then again when I see other people there it happens so it’s definitely real! I’m not imagining anything or reading into it or jumping into a conclusion. I’ve also witnessed them treat the delivery people the Dashers like total junk! They are so rude to the Dashers so I give a shout out to all of you who have to tolerate that kind of crap. I know it’s hurting your reputation, tip base, your income, they can care less! you’re just trying to have a side gig to make ends meet.. God bless you, especially the ones out there who have kids with disabilities, single parents, and who are disabled vets and folks who are retired and the cost of living is simply impossible to keep up with. God bless you! I’m sorry, but I hate to say this too. It’s the managers who are doing this and they are setting the standard for all the rest of their employees who unfortunately mimic what they’re doing. They’re being passive aggressive, and it stinks! So if you’re doing this, just letting you know that everybody sees you and if I were you, I would stop acting like that as soon as possible because you ain’t making yourself look good at all, and people will remember your face when you go to apply for a different job.

  The food we received was hot/good. However, they forgot the kids Happy Meal! We had enough food to share...but no toy. This kinda thing happens here often. But...the kids Happy Meal...."would somebody get this kid a Happy Meal!?!"(Big Daddy/Adam Sandler movie) check your bag. Ba da ba ba ba 🎶

  They were amazing tonight. I went in and asked for an unhealthy amount of mustard and they delivered. Best burgers of my life.
