  I've been to subway many times over my 45yrs...we just happened to stop here on our way back to grants pass. I immediately noticed the cashier (Jaden) was so nice:) Im vegetarian and like the veggie patties. I know it takes extra time but she wasn't phased. It was thee best sandwich I've ever had from subway...all the way down to the wrapping of it. The only thing I wish was different is that I had tasted it before leaving and had left her a nice tip. I expected the same quickly made and hardly toasted veggie patties I always get. Long story short, Jaden is a keeper and deserves a raise;) Thanks, Roxy

  Walked in and they looked up at us and looked back down at making sandwiches and it was some time before they decided to ask us for our order. Seems they are struggling with customer service skills.

  Rude management called doordash to ask for a refund on the tip I gave the driver because I had to go get my own order, they tell me to talk to the store when I get there about it. so I did, the manager was very rude and told me I had to talk to doordash about that. when I tried telling her I did, and I'm trying to tell you what they told me. she ignored me and was very rude

  A miserable sandwich. 8 pieces of meat. He tore the spinach in pieces to conserve. Not impressed.🤔
