- DLDale LongMar 24, 20261.0Ordered food to go, no one was in the place. Got home and the burgers were cold and messy. The Big Arch was the worst, it fell apart couldn't even eat it. This place needs to be shut down or get managers and employees that care. 3/27/26: Pretty bad when the owner won't reply to your review. That tells me that the owner knows what is going on but doesn't want to take responsibility. They give you a corporate website to answer to.
