    From a door dash perspective I hate taking orders at this location. They are never ready I'm lucky if there is one person on the lobby side, honestly I don't make money sitting around maybe run those orders through drive thru please??? I see orders for your restaurant and I think bet I'll wait at least ten minutes yay! By the way it's the same pace for personal carry out orders. If it's my own food I go through drive thru and it's fast hot and accurate lobby service moves like mollasass. Please address this help door dashers out! I love your food not your lobby service sorry!!

    Look I don’t normally complain but tonight 11/16 between 7:30-8 the crew they had on hand was unacceptable one had a headset and a headphone in checked his phone numerous times I started watching a female employee start drawing on herself. I also sat in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting on my order. To top it all off our food is cold while we didn’t even get what we ordered. The only good thing I saw was a female employee with neck tattoos actually moving across the work stations like she knew how to run the place.

    some of yall need to be nicer to customers service workers… 5 stars!! tacobell is great and so are the workers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The sign states they are open until 1am, I roll up at 12:10 and 2 different people tell me over the intercom that they are closed early due to being "short staffed". Short staffed!? There are 2 people in there and no customers, seems to me you could run the whole place with only one person but perhaps it takes the combined brain power of 3 or more employees to run a Taco Bell at midnight when there are ZERO customers besides myself. The Golden Rule: Don't go to Taco Bell. Ever.
