- LHLisa Holton2 days ago1.0I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The motto of this restaurant should be "The customer is always wrong." I asked for a sunday lid for the new Strawberry Angel food cake blizzard to preserve the whipped topping for my drive home and to keep it from getting all over my car. The employee told me that she couldn't give me one because it was more expensive than the soda pop lids and she wasn't allowed to. So I pulled my wallet out and offered to buy a lid. The girl goes and gets the manager who explains to me that these lids are expensive so they can't give them away but they can't charge me for one because they can't ring them up. I asked if they could charge me for a large water then (a large water is paying just for the cup since water is free). She then tells me she can't do that. Why not? She's the manager! Why can't she charge me for a cup and give me a lid?

It wasn't a Blizzard it was an M&M sundae. All the M&M's were in the first half inch...the rest was all just ice cream. It was $6.50. Cmon, you can do better!

The order was double checked for accuracy and the food was served at the perfect temperature. Part of me wonders if I wrote this much to reach some level of length for a review.
