It was great then because the cheese would be melted and now my cheese didn't melt at all. I was able to pull the cheese off without breaking it. I have talked with corporate and they said to ask the counter person to have my order to be cooked fresh and out of 4 times I've asked only one time it happened. The fries were hot and delicious.
